3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is only deemed concluded upon written confirmation or full payment. Offers are subject to change.

4. Payment & Delivery

Payment terms, delivery times, and locations are subject to individual agreements. Ownership of goods remains with TRINITY ONE (FZE) until full payment is received.

5. Liability

TRINITY ONE (FZE) is only liable for intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for market price fluctuations.

Jurisdiction is Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
